Elizabeth has over 32 years of IT experience, including over 25 years of architecture experience. Elizabeth has architected, designed and implemented mission critical, enterprise solutions with the latest technologies and proven methodologies. Elizabeth has performed every role in the solution lifecycle and has extensive experience with both custom software and Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. Elizabeth has setup new enterprise architecture programs for many organizations including the California CIO and The Longaberger Company. Elizabeth has developed strategic architectures, segment architectures and large-scale solution architectures for numerous organizations including the California Public Employee Retirement System (CalPERS), Boeing, and Siemens. As a senior analyst Elizabeth has performed requirements analysis, alternative analysis, requirements traceability, and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for over 100 solutions and technology selections. Elizabeth has worked with methodologies for 28 years, customizing and streamlining methodologies to fit an organization’s needs. Elizabeth has customized TAFIM/TOGAF, FEAF, Zachman, Agile, RUP, IEEE, and proposed system integrator methodologies for organizations. Elizabeth has integrated ITIL, SEI architecture practices, CMMI, SWEBOK, TMMI, BABOK and domain-specific best practices into the methodology framework. Elizabeth is passionate about architecture and methodology but understands the real world constraints and pressures and helps organizations deliver “Just Enough Architecture” and “Just Enough Process”. Elizabeth has always believed in being a servant leader and enjoys helping others succeed.
